I currently teach classes in Clacton for members-only at the Lifehouse Spa and Hotel and Anytime Fitness Clacton as well as running my own classes. Drum ‘n’ Bass workout By Fight Klub® Clacton
(Formally known as Totally Shredded Clacton) This is an equipment free, combat, cardio, HIIT training workout to drum and bass music and runs at Holland-on-Sea Methodist Church, Kings Avenue, CO15 5JS Mondays at 7:30-8pm £2.50. It also runs on a Wednesday at Tendring Education centre, Jaywick lane and you are able to choose either 30mins £2.50 or 60mins £5.50 depending on your availability and ability. It’s only bookable online here and is suitable for all different ages(13+), genders and abilities as there is no equipment, just yourself!

Much like DNB Workout, Fight Klub bag box is to amazing drum and bass mixes with high energy and lots of noise! The difference being we learn short bouts of punching and kicking combinations interspersed with fat burning and toning exercises.
It costs £6.40 per session and you can book it here. It’s at the same venue as DNB workout on Mondays 18:30pm. You can borrow gloves on a first come, first served basis. Visit the Fight Klub Facebook page HERE.
Gentle Movement to music 50+
This class runs Wednesdays 10am-11am at Holland-on-Sea Methodist Church, Kings Avenue, CO15 5JS. It’s a gentle dance class to songs old and new with plenty of stops every 2-3 songs for a water break and a rest. It costs just £5 per person and you can turn up on the day.
“OVERS” 60+ class for Cardiac Rehab and people with Chronic Conditions
This class runs on a Thursday afternoon 12:30-13:30 and costs just £5 per person. It’s for people with medical conditions who have been recommended by their GP to come and exercise with me to improve their symptoms and/or quality of life. If you live locally and think you would benefit from your GP referring you, please contact me and I will send you a form to take to your doctor to sign.
I currently have attendants who have had valve surgery, heart attacks, suffer from angina or high blood pressure. There are people with join problems as well as obesity and diabetes. It’s a quiet and steady class that allows you to improve flexibility, strength and quality of life without working hard and worry about injuring yourself.
