I currently teach classes in Clacton for members-only at the Lifehouse Spa and Hotel and Anytime Fitness Clacton as well as running my own classes. Totally Shredded® Clacton is a combat, cardio, HIIT training workout to drum and bass music and runs at Tendring Education centre, Jaywick lane on a Monday for just 30mins and £2.50 between 7:30pm-8pm and again on a Wednesday for one hour 18:30-19:30 which costs £5.50. It’s only bookable online here and is suitable for all different ages(15+), genders and abilities as there is no equipment, just yourself! See my totally shredded profile and socials here.

Much like Totally Shredded, Fight Klub bag box is to amazing drum and bass mixes with high energy and lots of noise! The difference being we learn short bouts of punching and kicking combinations interspersed with fat burning and toning exercises.

“Happy Hearts” 50+ class for Cardiac Rehab and people with Chronic Conditions
This class runs on a Thursday afternoon 12:30-13:30 and costs just £5 per person. It’s for people with medical conditions who have been recommended by their GP to come and exercise with me to improve their symptoms and/or quality of life. If you live locally and think you would benefit from your GP referring you, please contact me and I will send you a form to take to your doctor to sign.
I currently have attendants who have had valve surgery, heart attacks, suffer from angina or high blood pressure. There are people with join problems as well as obesity and diabetes. It’s a quiet and steady class that allows you to improve flexibility, strength and quality of life without working hard and worry about injuring yourself.
Join us on a Thursday evening at 18:30 for 45 minutes of fitness, toning and strengthening exercises. We use a mixture of equipment, weights and bodyweight exercises along with the railings and benches in the park. We play games and I set up assault courses. Equipment includes kettlebells, a speed parachute, battle rope, ViPR weights, Adult sized parachute game, skipping ropes, dumbbells, and more!
