You get my coaching, accountability, training programmes and support all week long, not just for one maybe two hours a week that we may be together in a face-to-face environment. I will still be able to check your exercise technique via video to ensure you are doing everything correctly. My Role:

This isn’t just one of those automated programmes that you can sign up to and then perhaps forget about once you get bored. You are employing me as your online personal trainer and believe me when I say that I take this responsibility very seriously and will make it my aim to help you achieve your goals.

The fitness world can be very confusing, especially with the constant contradictions on what is deemed “healthy”, “good” or “bad”. I’m here to dispel many of the myths and NOTHING will be labelled as “bad”, “cheat” or “unhealthy” you will simply be educated in how your body will use certain foods, and how much of these foods are necessary to hit your fat loss goal.

I will hold you accountable for your progress, and encourage and help you to be your best version of you. I won’t punish you if you deviate away from your plan for a moment, but I will keep it real and let you know if it may delay your progress and make suggestions to get you back on track.

Have you ever, or do you know someone who has followed a plan and once they finished following it, the results reversed and their hard work was all undone? This is because they were no longer adhering to the programme that helped them achieve or maintain their results. Speaking from my own experience, having lost over 3.5 stone myself, the adherence AFTER achieving your goals is the most difficult. Most people struggle simply because they haven’t received the guidance…the “what next”…”how to I KEEP it off?”… I’m not going to leave you feeling this way and during this process I will educate you so that you can continue to keep hold of those results you’ve worked so hard for, potentially forever.


What I need from you:

Adherence- This is going to be a key aspect to achieving your goals. The journey you take to get to where you want to be will be different to the maintenance one you’ve got to where you want to be. Some days may be more difficult to stick to than others but I need you to keep that end goal in mind and trust me to get you there.

Commitment: I have a saying… “A-QUICK-FIX-WON’T-STICK”. Due to the process and the fact that I don’t heavily restrict your food and drink, each client initially commits to a minimum of three months of coaching so that we can really get to grips with the basics first. Of course this still means if after one month you don’t like the service, you may leave with a full refund of anything you have paid. After that first month however, you will pay and have access for the three months without a refund if you stop before the end of that period.

Communication and honesty-these are key to putting together a personalised service and it brings me back to the adherence aspect of your training. If your programme is too hard, it’s highly likely that you won’t stick to it. If the workouts are too long and you feel you can’t fit them in easily in your life, the chances are you won’t. So rather than someone telling me they’ve done a programme when in reality they didn’t have time, it’s better to communicate how you feel and be honest that you haven’t completed something. As this will prompt me to personalise your service even more to suit you and help you stick to it, which in turn gets you the results!

Great!! You can start by contacting me to arrange a phone call to discuss, or, follow the links to my social media to drop me a message.

It’s a one off payment of just £150 which will give you 3 MONTHS access to my online PT service and works out at just £50 per month which if you’d prefer to, you can pay monthly. I feel it’s important that clients commit for a minimum term so that they are more likely to see it through and achieve some decent changes and results.

However, I understand that a one-off fee may not be convenient for some people. Therefore, I have set up a subscription payment service as well, at no extra cost. This will continue to roll out monthly and before your three month period is up I will check in with you to discuss what you wish to do and whether you plan to stay on with the coaching. If you do then we leave it rolling until you give me 1 month’s notice to stop and if you wish to only complete 3 months I just cancel the payment before any further money is taken.

After you sign up and pay you will be directed to a form to fill in so that I can get your personal folder made up and with some directions to start you off. I will then get in touch with you to introduce the service and set your first targets, as well as add you to the private Facebook support group.
