Thank you so much for taking a look at my online personal training service which I have called myHealthHub. The following page has been written so it is clear what I’m offering and what is required as I believe in transparency and not sales pitches.
What is online personal training?
I have decided to start my online personal training service so that I can help a larger number of people due to now having a waiting list for my face to face clients. By going online, I can reach so many more people because I won’t be required to travel to their homes at set times to exercise them. Instead, I can record exercises and then schedule them at a convenient time for you, and you will report back to me once you have completed each session. Everything else however, will be exactly what my face to face clients receive.
What you’ll get
For fat loss:
I will help you calculate what calorie deficit you need in order to drop body fat and also what to eat in what quantities in order to adhere to that calorie deficit without feeling hungry. No food will be off limits, but you will be given the tools to make the best choices in order to achieve your fat loss goals by learning how to eat mindfully and intuitively.
I will upload you an array of different exercise sessions to complete to improve your fitness, tone your muscles and burn those calories. The workouts to do at home will mainly be short, high intensity routines using bodyweight but if you have any equipment I will encourage you to tell me what so that I can incorporate it into your personalised videos. All you need to do is play your favourite CD and then play my workout on your phone to follow at your own pace. If you have any walking or jogging scheduled in to your routine, I will show you a great app to download that will play your music playlist AND beep at you at certain intervals when perhaps you may change from walking to jogging or fast walking.
You will be added to my online personal training Facebook group called “myHealthHub VIP” where I will ask you to post your achievements, interact with my other clients who may have the same goals as you do and take from the group some motivation to keep going.
I will give you an online schedule calendar which will show you daily what tasks you have, what habits to track (drinking more water, for example) and any videos of me exercising for you to follow. If you find the exercises too hard or too easy, you just let me know and I can change them for you. If the day doesn’t suit you, you can move items on your schedule to another day so that you are reminded on that preferred day. There is an app in the making, which you can use to receive reminders from me to complete a workout or log your nutritional goals. For more in depth forms such as health questionnaires and your before and after measurements, you will be required to use my online dashboard which you can access using the log in link in my main menu on this website.

I will still be able to check your exercise technique (through my app) to ensure you are doing everything correctly. To make hitting your goals really simple for you, you will benefit from reminders, follow up and support for each training session, every meal and everything you should track. This isn’t just one of those automated programmes that you can sign up to and then perhaps forget about once you get bored. You are employing me as your online personal trainer and believe me when I say that I take this responsibility very seriously and will make it my aim to help you achieve your goals.
The fitness world can be very confusing, especially with the constant contradictions on what is deemed “healthy”, “good” or “bad”. I’m here to dispel many of the myths and NOTHING will be labelled as “bad”, “cheat” or “unhealthy” you will simply be educated in how your body will use certain foods, and how much of these foods are necessary to hit your fat loss goal.
I will hold you accountable for your progress, and encourage and help you to be your best version of you. I won’t punish you if you deviate away from your plan for a moment, but I will keep it real and let you know if it may delay your progress and make suggestions to get you back on track.
Have you ever, or do you know someone who has followed a plan and once they finished following it, the results reversed and their hard work was all undone? This is because they were no longer adhering to the programme that helped them achieve or maintain their results. Speaking from my own experience, having lost over 3.5 stone myself, the adherence AFTER achieving your goals is the most difficult. Most people struggle simply because they haven’t received the guidance…the “what next”…”how to I KEEP it off?”… I’m not going to leave you feeling this way and during this process I will educate you so that you can continue to keep hold of those results you’ve worked so hard for, potentially forever.
What I need from you:
Adherence- This is going to be a key aspect to achieving your goals. The journey you take to get to where you want to be will be different to the maintenance one you’ve got to where you want to be. Some days may be more difficult to stick to than others but I need you to keep that end goal in mind and trust me to get you there.
Communication and honesty-these are key to putting together a personalised service and it brings me back to the adherence aspect of your training. If your programme is too hard, it’s highly likely that you won’t stick to it. If the workouts are too long and you feel you can’t fit them in easily in your life, the chances are you won’t. So rather than someone telling me they’ve done a programme when in reality they didn’t have time, it’s better to communicate how you feel and be honest that you haven’t completed something. As this will prompt me to personalise your service even more to suit you and help you stick to it, which in turn gets you the results!

I feel it’s important that clients commit for a minimum term so that they are more likely to see it through and achieve some decent changes and results. I have a saying… “A-QUICK-FIX-WON’T-STICK”. However, I understand that a one-off fee may not be convenient for some people. Therefore, I have set up a subscription payment service as well, at no extra cost.
After you sign up and pay, I will get in touch with you via email to arrange a phone call or video call to really discuss what your goals are and form an action plan for you. I will then go away and record your first few fitness sessions and add them to your calendar, you’ll join the online myHealthHub VIP community and your coaching will begin!
