Both Sarah and Ben offer 1-2-1 personal training via zoom. Sessions are 30minutes long and done via zoom. For most clients we ask they are warmed up just before the sessions starts so that the full 30mins can be spent exercising.

We plan the sessions around any equipment you have at home and if you have none, that’s fine too!

Whether you need to book in just to make sure you don’t skip your exercise session, need guidance because you really don’t know where to start or fancy a one-off change up with your usual routine to get some ideas 1-2-1 personal training is bespoke to you.

30 minute zoom 1-2-1 personal training sessions are priced at £25.00 and payment is required prior to your session.

Personal training sessions are booked through the RWL app. You need a subscription first which you can do by clicking here. This gives you a free trial and then you can contact support to change your membership if you wish as any membership gains you access to the 1:1 PT. Once you have joined, drop me an email on sarah@rwl.fitness to arrange a day and time that suits you.
